The Dream Team

Zachary Clark

Founder and ISA Certified Arborist (MN-4898A)

Zack holds a Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies from St. Cloud State University and is an ISA Certified Arborist. With his expertise and passion for trees, he’s committed to providing industry-standard service. When he’s not leading his team, he enjoys walking with his wife, Tori, and their two dogs.

Favorite Tree: Red Oak

Mitch – (218) 232-8738

Founder and ISA Certified Arborist (MN-4898A)

Mitch has a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with a business minor from the University of Northwestern, Saint Paul. He’s been with the company since day one, bringing management experience and a passion for eco-friendly solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, Bridgette, and daughter, Nikki-Jean.

Favorite Tree: Apple

Alex

Lead Tree Steward “Crew Leader”

Alex holds a landscaping diploma and an A.A.S. in Horticulture. With over a decade of experience, he ensures every project is completed with integrity. Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his family and visiting a local brewery.

Favorite Tree: White Fir

Hunter

Lead Tree Steward “Crew Leader”

Hunter’s love for the outdoors grew from family camping trips to the North Shore. With a carpentry background and an adaptive approach, he collaborates with clients to create vibrant tree environments. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and woodworking.

Favorite Tree: Weeping Willow

Jonah

Environmental Steward

Jonah holds an A.A.S. in Natural Resources and a B.S. in Environmental Studies with a Wildlife Biology minor. An expert in tree care, he brings extensive knowledge and a hardworking attitude to every job. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and maintaining healthy ecosystems.

Favorite Tree: White Pine

Tony W.

Tree Steward & Mechanic

Tony W. earned a Medium/Heavy Duty Truck Technician diploma from St. Cloud Technical and Community College. He is passionate about equipment care, truck repair, and maintenance, ensuring Environmental Advantage’s fleet runs smoothly.

Favorite Tree: Sugar Maple

Caleb M.

Tree Steward & Mechanic

Caleb brings a problem-solving, can-do attitude to our tree care projects and keeps the Environmental Advantage fleet in top shape. With a Diesel Equipment Technician A.A.S. from Central Lakes College, he maintains trucks, equipment, and trailers. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities and mechanical projects.

The Stewardship Tree

As part of our commitment to the environment, we plant one Stewardship Tree for every Tree Care Package purchased.

In 2024, we added 326 trees to our local ecosystem, supporting reforestation and community projects.

This initiative is our way of giving back and contributing to a healthier, greener future for everyone.
